John is the Founder of HAPS and has appeared on several Television shows such as Travel Channels Ghost Nation, Animal Planets The Haunted Series and has appeared on many Podcasts, news events and magazine articles with over Twenty plus years of experience in paranormal investigating John makes it a point to treat all his clients like family and he never turns down a case when someone needs help. John loves to help people and families and giving them a real Investigation and providing them with validation to what they are experiencing, He believes that validating these paranormal experiences helps the people move forward and helps them to start to understand what's going on in the home.

Don is Co-Founder of Haps and also has appeared on Animal Planets The Haunted and has over Twenty plus Years experience Investigating the Paranormal, Don as well cares about the client and puts forth one hundred percent in finding answers to Paranormal phenomenon and giving Haps clients answer to what is going on their home or place of business.

Carl Co-Founder of Haps also has Fifteen years of experience in paranormal Investigating, Carl's biggest attributes are his skeptism and diligence into finding answers and debunking things that could possibly not be paranormal and giving logical explanations to things rather than jumping to conclusions and thinking every bang or creek is a Ghost.

Tom is the Haps case manager fairly new to the Paranormal Field but is a retired Teacher and his people skills are amazing when dealing with the public and clients. Tom's professionalism stands above the rest and his paranormal Investigative skills are becoming fantastic.

Todd is a new Investigator with Haps although a green horn to paranormal investigations his persistence in finding the truth behind paranormal phenomena makes him stand out above the average Paranormal Investigator who just wants to run around in an alleged haunted location with a ghost phone App. Todd actually goes into the investigations with an open mind but a skeptical mind as well and has already proven himself to be a good Investigator.

Nick is Haps historian and a new Investigator with HAPS and loves digging into the history of the places we investigate and piecing things together to see what has happened in the past at the location to see if the past correlates with the current phenomenon. 

Bill is new to the Haps team but has been a paranormal investigator for over 15 years and now has ventured into building paranormal equipment. Bill has outstanding paranormal investigative skills and along with engineering skills makes him a huge asset to the team, we are more than thrilled to have him onboard with the haps team.

Don also a new member to the Haps team has been investigating for years and is a veteran investigator, his investigation skills are great, and he has brought alot of experience to the haps team we are glad to have him aboard.

Erika the daughter of Co-founder Don Frank has followed in the footsteps of her father joining the haps team looking for answers, Erika has always been a part of things that Haps has been involved with in the public now old enough she has become a full-fledged member and we are super excited to have her apart of the team.

Brendan is an Army veteran who is now one of our investigators here at Haps, Brendan was a Haps client who was so interested in the things we were doing while investigating his home he began to dabble into paranormal investigations with another team then finally coming over to our team to be an investigator, we are glad to have Brendan apart of the Haps team he is new to paranormal investigations but his willingness to learn about this phenomenon is exciting for us to see, we expect Brendan t very well with Haps.

Josh is a new investigator with Haps all though a green horn in the paranormal field his willingness to jump in headfirst and investigate lets him stand out, Josh has a lot to learn in the field, but we all know that Josh will definitely be an asset to our team as he learns more and more with each investigation.
